Overview

In the petrochemical industry, water treatment process is complex, the difficulty and demand of wastewater treatment is gradually increased. In order to protect the environment, waste water must be treated for reuse or even to meet the requirements of zero discharge. The excellent performance of XMEM organic membrane, EDI and other products in water treatment process ensures good product quality. In the wastewater reuse system, high temperature resistance and high pollution resistance of the inorganic membrane have been sufficiently utilized . Regardless of the waste water from coal gas, petroleum refining, or refining industry, inorganic membrane’s characters and running effect could guarantee the stable performance of the wastewater reuse system.

Case

  • Location: China Qing Hai
  • Back ground: XMEM provided an integrated solution in this project which used membrane technology to make the discharge of inorganic wastewater to meet the requirements. the yield of the project is for cooling tower supplement water.
  • At the same time, the project pioneered the use of ceramic ultrafiltration membrane. Currently the excellent operating performance of the system plays a very good protection of the subsequent RO membrane.
